I made this Japanese Chicken Salad for HH last night. It was AMAZING! It had so much wonderful flavor to it. It certainly goes in my top FIVE recipes!

I have GED class tonight, then I am going to come home and bake Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins for school Thursday, and I'm going to try to make the Black Bean Soup as well for lunch and dinner on Thursday. HH is going to dramatically read "Revolutionary Mothers" to me while I am doing this, since I have to have that book finished by next Thursday.
