On the left is my high school class ring. It is a size 13 or 14, I am not sure which. I weighed close to 300-315 pounds when this ring was purchased. It has a ring guard on it because I lost about 90 pounds my senior year when I was on Phen-Phen. On the ring is my engagement ring, which is a size 6 1/2. I just thought this photo comparison was pretty amazing. Everything changes when you lose weight!
