Ben's reaction to the Tuna Casserole I made,
"This is so good you could put it on Ritz crackers and serve it at a fancy country club where people would say, 'oh ho ho ho," (Because that is how rich people talk ya know!) The comment sure did make me smile.

I LOVE tuna casserole! I can't even remember the last time I had that. And, right now, I'm not eating carbs, so it'll be a while before I have some again. :( But, my late sister-in-law used to adore my tuna casserole, and would get so excited when I'd make it. Thanks for sparking that memory! :)
