We both LOVED these! I made Spanish Rice to go with our dinner, but it really does not need a side. It can be served as is.

HH helped me make this dinner. He created the "pillow" portion of the recipe. We both enjoyed the meal, but I didn't feel that it would make good leftovers. That is a big thing for me, as I require more meals than the average person.
