Yeah...I'll be making that dip TOMORROW!! It reminds me of the EASIEST dip ever, and one that I used to make a lot. It's Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Dipi (BLT Dip) and it couldn't be easier to make. You take a 1 cup of sour cream plus 1 cup of mayo, and mix into it a pound of cooked and crumbled bacon, and about 1 cup of finely diced tomato (more or less, to taste). THAT'S IT! It's so good! You can serve it with toast triangles (my favorite way) or crackers. I used to make it with fat-free sour cream & mayo, and turkey bacon. I know you aren't that concerned with the fat content, so I say go the full-fat route, cuz the taste is so worth it.The S'More pie looks awesome. I'll probably try it at some point this summer, as well as the popcorn. I think I'll make the popcorn for my babies before the year ends.
