Dinner is Served

Green Pea Salad


Creamy Spinach:

* 2 T Butter
* Minced Garlic
* Let spinach wilt
* Add 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
* Add Parmesan Cheese (4 T) until thickened


Parmesan Tilapa:

* Broil Tilapa in oven for 5-7 minutes.  Put cooking spray and lemon juice on it.
* Mix 1/4 cup mayo, 1/8 t Hot Sauce, green onions, and Parmesan Cheese together
* Put mixture over Tilapa, cook for 2-3 minutes

I loved that this fish didn't taste too "fishy" when the topping was applied to it.
