Golden Raisins
These items will make almost any dish pop! I had a dish over spring break with all three of them, and WOW, I was savoring the flavor the entire time.

I was right there with ya on the first two. But, you TOTALLY lost my with the last one. Raisins are on the VERY short list of things I don't like (those and maybe liver make up pretty much the whole list!) Especially the dark ones. They just look like big fat bugs in my food. Ugh! Can't do it!
