I started the challenge with my treadmill. :) I am not sure if the calories are accurate, as I changed my weight mid-workout. Judging by the previous weight listed, it has been a LONG time since I have used this thing. I walked 1.69 miles. I know I will increase with things this month, but this first week of the challenge is just about getting moving.
Today, I am being video taped by the district to use in a professional development course I will be teaching in June. I am pretty excited about it. :)
