I was first introduced to Truffle Oil when I started taking cooking classes.  I've been a fan every since then!

The church had "The Day of Stuff," where all the stuff that has been donated, etc was gone through with a fine tooth comb.  I didn't go to the day of stuff because I wasn't feel well, but I made food to send to those who were working.
