Sunday Potluck

Vegetable Pizza


Pear Cake

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon 
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped pears (large can drained)
1 cup chopped pecans

1.  Mix ingredients.
2.  Put into bundt pan.
3.  Bake at 325 for an hour and 20 minutes.

Glaze:
Powdered sugar 
small portion of pear juice from can

An elder member of our church gave me this recipe to try about six weeks ago, and has asked me about it almost nonstop since then.  It does smell delightful.
