I like the appeal of this dish as not taking up room in the stove, especially as the holidays approach. I did add some seasonings to it, because it was bland by itself.
We didn't have Friday night youth, so we invited a couple from church over to have dinner and watch Ice Age 3. HH was making a cookie cake, but he didn't leave room for the cookie to expand. The cookie fell off the pizza pan, and our oven started smoking. We were furiously fanning out smoke five minutes before our guests were scheduled to arrive.

We had a great two days in Bismarck. It was nice to do city things. HH even scored me a bottle of Peppermint Syrup from Starbucks! We were supposed to go to the dentist today, but it snowed, and I wasn't going to risk the 90 mile drive just for the dentist.
We have house guests coming in this week. That means we are doing last minute cleaning and small projects that we should have been doing for months.
I have gotten about 75% of my Christmas shopping done, so that is a relief.
