Here it is in all its casserole glory. HH loved it. It took about fifteen minutes to prep, and thirty to cook. We also are our neighbor's favorite people too since we sent them dinner as well.

The Casserole that Guilt Built
Tuesday night I made dinner for HH. It has been a long time. I read in a Facebook status that an old college roommate was making a Reuben Casserole for dinner. I googled it, and found the recipe to be quite simple.

Even though I will admit that the casserole LOOKS awesome, I know I wouldn't like it, only because I don't like Reubens. It's the sauerkraut. But, I'm glad you guys enjoyed it. :)
