We went on a great "caper" to find capers at the grocery store. Since it took so long, I had to capture the bottle with a photo.
Tomato Salmon Bake Recipe (with wild rice)
I am totally giving myself props for this recipe. This recipe rocked out loud. I love salmon, and frequently have it when I eat out. This was better than any other salmon I have ever had out. What is the best part? The recipe is SUPER EASY!!!!
Ben is making "Trash." Most of you know it as muddy buddies. You take chocolate chips and peanut butter and melt it. You mix in rice chex, then toss the mixture in powdered sugar. I use a trash bag to do the tossing, so hence our family name of "Trash" for this recipe. Mmmmmmm, GOOD!!!
I love peanut butter. I saw what was written on the side of it, and added my own endorsement.

I used to buy that exact can of pb at Sam's, but then they stopped carrying it. :( Now, I have to settle for a two-pack of Jif. But, I'm with you, Sista, LOVE PB! I eat it nearly every single day. Mostly with sliced up granny smith apples, yum! I think I'm going to have one right now. :)
