First Adventure with Tofu
I used the
Tofu Tutorial
from Kath Eats Real Food!
Cut up tofu slices that I had patted dry:
Cooking in the Oven at 450 Degrees (I turned the pieces once at twenty minutes, and cooked for a total of forty minutes):
I put O'Charley's Honey Mustard and Lemon Pepper on each side of the tofu.
Just Out of the Oven:
Taking my first taste of the tofu:
Ben is thoughtfully debating his verdict of the tofu. He says that he will be happy to try it again!
