when I eat whatever I want I lose weight? No, I don't go hog wild like the days I did as a pre-op, but still. MLK weekend, I tried to eat protein first, but ate whatever I wanted. The result...I went down several pounds. Now that I am back on the straight and narrow...NOTHING. This sucks. I just want good actions to equal good results, and it doesn't. Will I ever see ONDERLAND?
