I went to Swag Sports today and got my new running shoes. The guy was really awesome, and helped me pick out the pair that worked with what my needs were. He said I needed a shoe with a lot of support because I was flat footed. I asked him when I would need to get another pair of shoes, and he said, "Your legs will tell you." Typically, with normal usage, he said about 3-4 months. I ended up getting a 10.5. I thought the 10 was comfortable enough, but he thought my foot was too close to the end. That means I have officially lost half of a shoe size since having my DS. :)
