I have been working really hard at this "low-carb" thing. I do really well with my carbs during the day. It is always the evening time from when I get home until I go to bed, that can cause my carbs to creep up. I think I need to start exercising in the evening. Maybe this will help some. I'm not eating bad things, but a "few" carbs here, and a "few" carbs there really add up.
