down the scale. I weighed in at 284 today! That is twelve pounds for this month. I have lost 41.5% of the total weight I want to lose!
I am going to do some cleaning, and get ready to go to a movie with my friend. I am also going to buy a pedometer. I want to get at least 10,000 steps in. I know I am not getting that.

This is a cool idea!! Google "10,000 steps" and you will find a ton of good links to make a plan. There are some really good pedometers that are worth the investment. We're talkin' maybe $25-30 is all. Find them at a sporting goods store like Sports Authority. Let us know how you're doing!
