We went to
Le Gallo Rosso for dinner tonight. Our salad had a wonderful presentation, and included roasted pine nuts. I had a HUGE lasagna, which was the best I've ever had (I can say this only because I have not had
ChiTown Girl's lasagna....soon, maybe I will.) I have enough to make two more meals easy! It has a wonderful atmosphere, and I had a lovely date with HH. I am so glad we are doing restaurant week. Yeah for spring break!

Yeah for spring break, indeed!
I was so pissed at myself yesterday when I made that lasagna for Easter because I didn't take any pictures of the process. As I was putting the final layer on, I realized I should have taken step-by-step photos to share with you. Then, I didn't even get a picture of the finished product because it wasn't around long enough. Although, I guess that's a good sign, right? ;-)
