I bought Leslie S.'s "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD. I am really going to try to get back into working out. I really liked working out in the morning and evening. Having the Walk Away the Pounds would provide me some variety. Bottom line is: I HAVE TO GET MOVING!!!
I also got the IPOD Shuffle that clips on your clothes. I have a regular IPOD, but like the portability of the Shuffle. I live near a really awesome park, and look forward to working towards running by summer.
I am SO CLOSE to making my skydiving reservation for late May. I really want it to be something officially tangible that I am working towards. Calling and making a reservation would really make this REAL. Just like when I got my surgery date. It became real, not just something out there that "might" happen. Hopefully, I will get the courage up in a few days. It will be my Christmas gift to myself.

I swear, the more and more I read your blog, the more and more I realize that we are a lot alike! I too have the same IPod Shuffle. I love that thing! It holds more than enough songs for any exercise session, also you don't always have to clip it to clothes, you can clip it to the earphones right after the cord splits. I do that all the time because it's lightweight enough not to get distracting when it bounces around and a lot of times I'm not wearing an item of clothes where I can clip it on easily and still fast forward through songs if I want to.
My goal is to be running this summer as well. There is a huge 10K here in Atlanta on the 4th of July every year and I want to be able to run it. It's 7 months away and I hope to be close to or at goal by then.
Also, is that two scales I see?!? Me too!! I am thinking of replacing at least one of them with a dial scale, which one is that that you have?
Anyway, you're doing awesome!
