- I have lost 34.5% of my body weight from the day of surgery.
- I have lost 58.4% of my total desired weight loss.
- I have dropped 21.3 points off my BMI.
- I am exercising for at least 30 minutes each morning, and have been doing a shorter workout in the evening.
- I have just under 100 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight!

Try mixing up your exercise a bit. Whatever you've been doing, change to something else for awhile and try to kick up the intensity. Your body gets used to things and needs to be shocked a little!
