Cookies for Class

I have professional development this week from Tuesday through Friday.  No finer way to come back off of holiday if you ask me!  Ha!  

I made these cookies to take to class today:

    Don't you just love your silpat mats?! I have 4 now, and use them all the time. How did I ever bake without them?
