We are like neighbors, girl! I am in Jeff and I work in Louisville! I always find it weird when I run across someone so close to here. I think I am gonna check out the rest of your blog since I have a friend going for weight loss surgery later this month. Glad I ran across your blog!Shannon @ Gabi's Worldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06489515190295297209noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8303315598056093516.post-88915417977923325612008-03-03T10:21:00.000-05:002008-03-03T10:21:00.000-05:00Tiffany,I certainly understand what you're going t...Tiffany,

I certainly understand what you're going through ... every time I find myself in great anticipation of reaching a specific weight, it seems my body senses this and decides to play with my emotions. I hate when that happens HOWEVER, it seems as soon as I hit that mark, the weight keeps falling and falling. It's like my body is trying to teach me a lesson or something.

As far as the scale & willpower, weigh as often as you want, I say. I've tried a few times to only weight weekly or monthly, but weighing daily helps keeps me honest AND on track. The only obsessive behaviors I did away with were weighing on multiple scales and weighing throughout the day. I'm more than content to do my morning weigh-in and leave it at that -- but it did take some time to get there!

- TiaTia L.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05637950407007847381noreply@blogger.com
