I've eaten that and it is GOOD. It can be used in meatballs and meat loaf, or as cereal.

Tiffany, I just wanted to tell you how inspiring your blog and story is. I discovered it the other day, read it all in one sitting, and just felt like I was led to read this. :) I've always struggled with my weight (within a 15-20 pound range) and identified with so much of what you wrote. Thank you for being so brave and sharing your story!
